Marco Wagner for Das Magazin
Marco Wagner was commissioned by the German magazine, Das Magazin, to do this illustration for the book review of a new novel by Stefan Schwarz. The title of the book is Prachtrussin und Wurzelzwerg, which translates roughly into "glory Russian woman and dwarf". The novel is about a couple living in Germany who are planning a fictitious marriage, and to prove that they are a "real" couple they go to dancing school together.
If the book is half as interesting as Marco's illustration, then it must be good!
