Simeon Elson for Great Call TV spot

Simeon Elson had the pleasure of contributing his illustration style to this TV spot for Great Call, the maker of Jitterbug Plus phones.  He worked with Davis Elen Advertising to illustrate the network of health and safety experts that come along with the services provided by this phone.

Simeon Elson for Nutz Magazine

UK based illustrator Simeon Elson was commissioned by Nutz Magazine to create 5 illustrations for their Ultimate Premier League Guide.  Here's a bit about the project in Simeon's own words,

"This is the second year in a row I have been commissioned by Nuts to illustrate their Premier League guide. This year the art director asked me to illustrate the players in black and white with their kits in full colour and a half tone backdrop, much like the 'Dwayne Wade' illustration he had seen on my website. The players featured are: Vincent Kompany, Frank Lampard, Theo Walcott, Tom Cleverly Robin Van Persie and David Luiz."

Simeon Elson illustration for Mortgage Strategy magazine

London based illustrator, Simeon Elson, was commissioned to create this illustration for the UK publication Mortgage Strategy.  Here is a bit about the project in Sim's own words:

"I completed this cool cover illustration for Mortgage Strategy.  My brief was to illustrate George Osborne with a silhouette of Margret Thatcher as his shadow. This illustration was the cover image and also used to accompany a double page spread entitled ‘Chasing Shadows’, which delves into the constant comparisons being made between George Osborne’s and the late Margaret Thatcher’s housing marketing strategies."

Simeon Elson illustration for Fund Strategy cover

Simeon Elson was commissioned to do this illustration of Mark Carney, the Governor of the Bank of England, for the cover of Fund Strategy magazine.  Simeon was asked to illustrate in a Russian revolution propaganda poster style, and the "2%" written on the piece of paper is in reference to the proposal of interest rates being raised.  Nice work, Sim!

Simeon Elson illustrates Elle Varner

Here is a new illustration by Simeon Elson of the singing sensation Elle Varner.  Simeon said that he "wanted to create a striking music/fashion illustration that was full of energy but with a different style", and it looks like he achieved just that.  Nice work, Sim!

Simeon Elson illustrates portraits for IPC Media

Simeon Elson was recently commissioned by IPC media to create a series of illustrations for Nuts magazine.  The title of the feature was '100 Best Gags of 2012', and it was in the magazine's Christmas Special issue.  Simeon illustrated a total of 19 portraits of some of the most prominent comedians today.  The images were splashed across a series of spreads - check them out:
