American Illustration Party - AI 25

The American Illustration party was last night, and it was great to be there and reconnect with some of our artists and friends. Unfortunately, the place was so packed that we weren't able to find all the people we wanted to see, but we're in NY for the weekend so maybe we can track down some of the ones we missed last night.  Already looking forward to next year's party!

Craig will be having a solo show at the Last Rites Gallery in New York from December 5th until the 27th... and although we are so excited about the big event, we are bummed to be missing it by only a couple of weeks (we'll be there mid-November)!

Nonetheless, if you are around, make sure not to miss it and tell us what we missed!

You can see more of Craig's work here.

Field trip to The North Face!

On Monday, Hannah Stouffer and I went to say hello to the good folks over at The North Face.  Earlier this year, Hannah created a design for use on a line of women's Gore-Tex jackets, and we went over to see samples of them.  It was great to meet with John & Julia, with whom we worked with on the project, and to see where all The North Face magic happens!  We'll post pics of the jackets once they hit stores in January....until then, here's a pic of John, Hannah & Julia:

Dave illustrates the Disney Family's migration path to the U.S.

Here is the map illustration that Dave Stevenson was commissioned to create as a part of the permanent exhibit in the newly opened Walt Disney Family Museum.  The map shows the migration of the Disney family from Europe to the US.  There is a large reproduction of the map on display right at the entrance to the museum, and Walt Disney's daughter now owns the original art as part of her private collection.
